MerryMaker, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company doing business as MerryMaker Studio (“MerryMaker Studio,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.merrymakerstudio.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you fill out a contact, inquiry, or quote request form on the Site, we may collect information you voluntarily submit, which may include:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business or organization name
  • Project details, budget range, timeline, or other information about your inquiry
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message to us

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site, including:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to deliver more relevant ads to you on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta-affiliated platforms. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visits to the Site and may be combined with information Meta already has about you from your use of its platforms. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Because cookie management differs by browser, please consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as no uniform industry standard for such signals has been adopted.

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and project scopes;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;

  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, property, and safety of MerryMaker Studio and others; and

We do not use information submitted through our contact form to make any automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

  • Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, email communication, and analytics (for example, Google Analytics and Meta). These providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (such as a court or government agency), or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
  • Business Transfers. If MerryMaker Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
  • With Your Consent. We may share your information for any other purpose with your consent.

We retain the personal information you submit through our contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, pursue a potential or actual business relationship, and comply with our legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. If we have an ongoing client relationship with you, information will also be retained pursuant to the terms of the applicable Client Agreement. We will delete or anonymize your information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Opt out of certain uses of your information, including for targeted advertising or analytics; and
  • Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9 below. We will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law. Please note that some information may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes even after a deletion request.

MerryMaker Studio currently serves clients located in the United States. If a U.S. state where you reside has enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy law (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, or similar states), you may have additional rights under that law, and we will honor such rights to the extent they apply to our processing of your information. Should we begin serving clients located outside the United States, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect any additional obligations that apply, such as those under the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation.

The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
